A: We believe in the purified water. It is the best option for our hydration needs. We purified our water through the best Reverse Osmosis system on the market to assure the quality of our product.

 

Q: What kind of bottle do you use? Is it BPA free
A: We use BPA free bottles only and nothing less.

 

Q: Do you offer delivery in my area?

Q: Is there a Contract?

A: There is no contract. You will only pay when you place an order.

A: There is no setup cost.

 

Q: How much does it cost?

A: We believe in transparency. You will see your total cost and breakdown before you submit and place your order.

 

Q: What is a life-time bottle deposit?

A: "LifeTime Bottle Deposit" has No Cash Value. The returned bottle(s) credit will stay within your account forever and can only be used for future LifeTime Bottle Deposits.

 

Q: Do you offer dispensers/coolers?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer any dispenser at this time.

 

Q: What size water bottle do you offer?

A: We offer 5 gallon water bottles.

 

Q: How much water do I need?

A: Generally, a household of 4 people will drink about 3 to 4 five-gallon bottles per month.
